This will be the 9th Goddess Mantra Retreat I’ve held in Sedona!  Come sing, chant, breathe and dance with a group of amazing women on the vibrant red rocks and sacred lands of Sedona. We’ll walk amongst the glorious mountains and canyons of this magical, ancient place, in ceremony, in circle, connecting with and calling forth the most true and powerful vision for our lives. We’ll relax, swim and frolic in the clear, cool waters of Oak creek, the blessed crystalline life-spring of Sedona.

Our daily morning practice includes a 2 hour Goddess-based Sattva Yoga (Himalayan Kundalini)  Journey to help unblock, clarify and awaken your path to self-mastery through a dynamic series of pranayama, asana, kriya, mantra and mudra. Learn potent practices to cultivate your health and vitality to empower, balance and liberate your Divine Shakti life force energy!

We celebrate the Vedic Goddesses Durga, Kali, Tara, Lakshmi, Radhe and Saraswati by learning their mantras, stories, qualities and superpowers, nurturing inspiration to activate and embody Goddess consciousness in our daily lives.
